Connecticut Wedding

I am so excited to share this hot & sexy Rustic Elks Lodge Wedding with everyone.  Jacki and Andrew selected the Elks Lodge in Torrington, Connecticut as their wedding venue.  This was the first time photographing a wedding at this venue.  We were able to explore this venue and take advantage of the wooded setting.  This particular day happened to be about 93 degrees with 96% humidity.  Jacki and Andrew made the best of the heat and kept a positive attitude despite the heat.  They even found an outdoor walk-in freezer to relieve themselves from the heat, which we utilized for capturing a few fun photos.

Their wedding was relaxed and fun and attended by a fun and friendly group of friends and family.  It was an absolute pleasure working with these two and I am excited to share this first look of their special day with everyone. Despite the heat, we had a fantastic day and captured some great photos.  Thanks for taking a look.

Torrington Elks

The current lodge is the former site of the Hungerford Home.  After construction of the lodge, a dedication ceremony and formal opening took place on February 16, 1916.  In 2004, the Torrington Elks completed renovations on the ballroom, foyer and front of the building.  This, along with other structural improvements completed recently, make us the finest facility of its kind in Litchfield County, perhaps all of Connecticut.  This venue holds weddings, receptions, reunions and other large gatherings.
