The Mansion at Bald Hill Wedding
Connecticut Wedding
I am excited to share the wedding of Jacqueline and Jay at the beautiful, Mansion at Bald Hill located in Woodstock, Connecticut. It’s always great to work at such a beautiful wedding venue, it always makes a wedding photographer’s day that much easier. The Mansion at Bald Hill is a beautiful wedding venue located in Woodstock, Connecticut. The Mansion was built in the 1890s as the summer home of the industrialist Clarence W. Bowen; his wife, Roxanna, was heiress to a portion of the Pullman railroad fortune. The home, which sits on 90 landscaped acres, has been attractively renovated without being overly luxurious. The property is owned by the Linemaster Corporation, the B&B business by the Mansion’s chefs, Scott Plantier and Joel Theriaque. The menu is American with some Italian and Japanese influences. This venue has a 7,500 square foot reception venue that can accommodate up to 250 guests. Jacqueline and Jay were a delight to work with and their wedding photos show how much fun they had on their special day. It was an honor for me to be a part of their day, thank you for taking a look at their wedding day.
